Women Founders Retreat — Paradero Hotel, Todos Santos, Mexico

Our inaugural Of Two Minds retreat was held at the Paradero Hotel in Todos Santos, Mexico, an inspiring venue celebrated for its stunning architecture, natural beauty, and exquisite cuisine. Co-hosted by Roanne Adams and Meredith Markworth Pollack, the retreat featured Loom’s CEO, Erica Chidi, as a special guest speaker, alongside 17 women founders for a transformative four-day experience.

Each day commenced with yoga and meditation, followed by workshops led by Roanne focused on realigning purpose and envisioning a clear future. Participants enjoyed a sound bath, a cacao ceremony, and a traditional temazcal ceremony. On the final evening, Meredith guided the group through a truly unforgettable beach release ritual.
