Welcome to the Year of the Snake! Come move,  breathe, meditate, laugh, eat, swim, and shed that old skin to adapt to this new (rather upside-down) world we’re living in. Women founders and leaders who come together — shift together. Hosted by Roanne Adams and Annie Parr, along with a few other special guest practitioners, will lead us in dance, yoga, workshops, and group ceremonies to help us process the immense global shifts, shed our old skin, and rebirth into this new era with a renewed sense of clarity and optimism.

The Space We’ll Share

EL Campo —PEScadero, Mexico

El Campo is a retreat destination of unrefined elegance, attracting creatives, surfers, movement artists, and Baja enthusiasts. Owned by our co-host, Annie Parr, El Campo features two buildings on its property—The Mill and La Casita. Each building overlooks lush farmland and offers stunning ocean views. The retreat’s design harmonizes with the natural beauty of the desert-to-ocean landscape. The soft white palette, rustic native wood, pulito concrete walls, and handmade modern tile combine with colorful textiles to evoke a relaxing and visually stunning space for retreat.

DINING

We will have all our meals at El Campo, except for one night out. Annie and her team will prepare a menu featuring recipes designed by Lucia Benitez. The menu offers a delicious fusion of global dishes prepared with elegance and simplicity, crafted to satisfy diverse palates with a distinctly Mexican and natural flair. Fresh fish, breads, fruits, and vegetables are locally sourced, and each meal is presented to the highest standards of freshness and nourishment

Outside of the package cost, you can book a massage with our preferred massage therapist.

Our Time Together

The days will support an organic flow of movement, yoga, dance, mindfulness practices, leadership workshops, communal activities, nourishing meals and free time to enjoy the town of Todos Santos or just read a book.

We'll process all of the changes in our lives, careers, and identities through self-inquiry, movement, and breathwork. Whether you're
navigating an ending or embracing a new beginning, we’ll explore shedding
the layers that no longer serve us, uncovering who we truly are beneath the titles and expectations. We’ll set our intentions, release limiting beliefs, and reconnect with ourselves and what we love to visualize a more aligned future.

The workshop is a blend of leadership development and healing experience, offering a comprehensive approach to personal and professional growth. Through guided meditations, interactive exercises, reflective writing and discussions, you’ll explore your strengths, values, and areas for growth, gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and your leadership style.

Hosts & Facilitators

Combining leadership coaching and somatic movement practices, we’ll set our intentions, release our limiting beliefs and reconnect with ourselves to visualize a more aligned future. Each day will flow from movement to leadership-centered workshops, to group rituals that connect us to ourselves, the group, and the land around us.
